SHIPPING
- Please allow 3-5 business days to ship your order after the payment has been cleared. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. You will receive an email notification once the item has shipped.
- Finished to size items require a bit more work (ring band fabrication, soldering, stone setting, final polish and patina) and will ship within 2 weeks upon receiving your ring size
- Please double-check your shipping address before ordering.
- All US orders ship free via USPS First Class Mail with insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation.
- Upgrading to USPS Priority Mail shipping (2-3 day) is available for an additional fee
- All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail ( 8-31 business days) with insurance. Per USPS guidelines, all international orders over $400 will be shipped via USPS Priority International.

- I am not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses items that are lost or undelivered, however, we will try our best to track it down if it comes to this point. Please ensure that you are shipping to a secure and trusted address.
- If you want to add signature confirmation or expedited shipping, please contact us before purchasing so I can adjust the shipping price for you.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Refunds and exchanges are not accepted (unless it is a case of product defect), but I am devoted to customer satisfaction and will do my best to work with you to sort out any issues. I do not accept returns/exchanges based on wrong size. Please know your ring size upon ordering.
SIZING
Ring Sizing:
Please know your exact ring size when ordering. When necessary, I account for band width when sizing rings, so you do not need to order a size up. If you are between sizes we suggest opting for the smaller size, as ring bands can be stretched 1/2 to 1 size larger if they are too snug, but cannot be sized smaller if they are too large.
What does Made to Order mean?
Finished to size pieces have not yet been sized to your finger. These pieces are ready to be finished in the buyer's preferred ring band size. Once the size request is received, the ring will be sized, the stones will be set, and the piece will be given a final patina and polish.
JEWELRY CARE:
- Remove jewelry before engaging in any wet or strenuous activity (i.e. swimming, bathing, exercising, washing dishes, gardening).
- A soft polishing cloth for sterling silver can be used to remove tarnish and restore shine. You may also clean your jewelry with gentle soap and water, and dry with a soft cloth before polishing.
- Never use chemicals. solvents, or commercial silver polishes to clean your jewelry, as this can destroy the stones and the patina.
- Keep your jewelry away from chlorine, lotions, hairspray, perfume, and strong cleansers.
- Do not store jewelry in direct sunlight or extreme heat as this can damage some more delicate stones.
- Avoid rough handling and contact with sharp or hard surfaces.
- Treat your jewelry with care and it will last for many years to come!
